Things are getting easier...

We've now been home for 5 days! Noah turned a week old yesterday. Things are definitely getting easier. Breastfeeding has been a challenge but has been a lot easier over the last 24 hrs, thankfully! I can definitely see how mom's give up and start formula feeding. That has really been our hardest challenge so far.
We had our first visit with the pediatrician yesterday. Noah was just about back to his birth wt (7lb 7oz), weighing 7lbs 6 oz. Everything went really well. We are of course still sleep deprived but I think our bodies are becoming accustomed to it as it doesn't really cross my mind much. I think the excitement of everything overshadows the sleep deprivation. We both get naps every day which is very helpful even if it's only 30 min.
